  1. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Providing children and young people in particular with opportunities for a wide range of developmental and leisure activities.

Value-added end product

Achievement of planned transition to next products (50+%) within 2 weeks of completing the training programme;
parent satisfaction (90%+);
child satisfaction (90%+).

To do this, you will need to:

-follow the curriculum;
-make contact with parents before camp;
-at the beginning of camp, during camp, and at the end of camp (sell);
-define a big goal for each child (dream);
-show results here and now to parents every day;
-get the group together;
-create a community after camp (alumni club).

Teacher performance will be evaluated on the following components:

-Working with parents (conversation, before/after camp day) (See sheet “Daily activities during camp”).
-Children’s satisfaction. (See “Daily activities during camp” sheet).
-Presence of video recordings of activities.
-Children’s progress.
-100% integration with linked Sintegrum cards.
-Promoting parents to purchase other products from our company, such as the 10-year basic course.

WORK.

OBJECTIVES DESIRED RESULTS

Learning, Development:

  • The teacher has participated in training courses and seminars in his speciality;
  • The education received by students is in line with the requirements of the curriculum;
  • The training programme was properly planned;
  • The work plan is based on subject objectives, learning outcomes, the school programme and other normative documents;
  • field reports (including activity diaries) completed and submitted in a timely and correct manner;
  • co-operation with other teachers and staff (including substitutes) is smooth;
  • a favourable and friendly learning environment is created; – learning activities are conducive to meeting pupils’ needs/specialities and engaging them in the learning process;
  • learning materials (including digital materials) are created and used to support the achievement of learning outcomes.

Student development

  • students receive appropriate feedback on their work;
  • pupils have an interesting and stimulating classroom environment and want to return to school;
  • pupils have a positive attitude and outlook on life;
  • students are motivated to learn;
  • Pupils prepare for activities and take part in Olympiads, competitions and contests;
  • Parents are aware of the pupil’s activities – successes and problems.

OBLIGATIONS LIABILITY

  • create a positive image of the school through their behaviour and actions;
  • Ensure that students receive an education that meets the requirements of the curriculum;
  • observe and ensure compliance with labour, fire, environmental and other safety rules;
  • monitor compliance with internal regulations and promptly respond to violations;
  • Ensure that other duties related to the assigned position are fulfilled;
  • fulfilment of the duties assigned to him/her by this instruction fulfilment of the duties assigned to him/her;
  • objectivity of grades given to pupils; – health and safety of pupils;
  • the safety and health of students in lessons and during school activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
